By accessing or using the services provided by UpFront Lincoln Concrete, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Services

UpFront Lincoln Concrete provides professional concrete installation, repair, and related services in Lincoln, CA and surrounding areas. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

All service quotes are estimates and may be subject to change based on site conditions, material costs, and project scope. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before starting work and final payment upon completion. We accept various forms of payment including cash, check, and credit cards.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees. If payment is not received as agreed, we reserve the right to place a lien on the property where services were performed.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work and offer warranties on our services as outlined in your service agreement. Our warranties cover defects in workmanship but do not cover damage caused by improper use, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear.

To maintain your warranty, you must follow all care and maintenance instructions provided. Failure to do so may void your warranty coverage.

Limitation of Liability

UpFront Lincoln Concrete is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services in question.

We carry appropriate insurance coverage and will work with you to resolve any issues that may arise during or after service completion.

Project Changes and Cancellations

Any changes to the agreed-upon project scope must be submitted in writing. Additional charges may apply for changes made after work has begun.

If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply if materials have been ordered or work has already begun.

Property Access and Conditions

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property for our crew and equipment. You are responsible for marking any underground utilities or obstacles before we begin work.

We are not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden obstacles. We recommend calling 811 before any concrete work begins.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of UpFront Lincoln Concrete and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use our content without written permission.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the issue. We are committed to working with you to find a fair solution.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through discussion will be subject to binding arbitration in Placer County, California, in accordance with California law.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
